Encina uses Barracuda Virtual Reactor and Azure HPC to Develop Novel Recycling Technologies
The Encina Development Group is leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies to accelerate innovation in plastic recycling, and we’re incredibly proud to be a part of that process. By running Barracuda Virtual Reactor simulations on Azure HPC instances that have virtually-unlimited GPU computing capabilities, Encina has been able to rapidly develop a novel plastics recycling process.
It’s worth noting that recent Encina simulations have been some of the largest Barracuda Virtual Reactor models ever run, across any platform. Their success in doing so is a testament to both Barracuda’s ability to ameliorate the circular plastic economy as well as our developers' commitment to delivering the fastest solutions on the latest computing systems.
