I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Dale early in my engineering career. He always had high expectations for the quality of our company’s work, and insisted that each person think deeply and carefully about the challenging problems we were trying to solve. Dale’s pride in the capabilities of our product, and his confidence that CPFD’s employees were among the best and brightest in our field, inspired me to be creative, rigorous, and tenacious.
