CPFD Software is pleased to announce that Pramod Bangalore has joined our growing team in Houston as a Senior CFD Engineer.
His background is in Mechanical Engineering, for which he received an M.S. from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. His graduate research involved using computational tools, including numerical simulations, to investigate the mixing in municipal water storage tanks, resulting in the acceptance of an article for publication in the Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, ASCE.
Pramod has worked as a CFD engineer in various industries, including modeling cement plant units, solid oxide fuel cell systems, consumer power tools, and consumer goods. Pramod most recently worked as an analytical engineer in a consumer power tool company.
In Pramod’s free time, you will find him hiking new trails, exploring museums, traveling to national parks, and reading books on history, spirituality, philosophy, and other non-fiction topics.
We look forward to working with Pramod and are excited for him to work with the global Barracuda Virtual Reactor user community and engage in application areas across numerous fields.
