CPFD Software is pleased to announce that Tanner Stelmach has joined our growing team in Houston as a CFD Engineer.
His background is in Chemical Engineering, for which he received a B.S. from the University of Colorado. His previous work involves energy efficiency and energy system modeling. His undergraduate research involved the use of several computational tools including Molecular Dynamics and Discrete Element Method to investigate the micro and nano-scale behavior of particle systems. Tanner most recently worked as a Research Associate at the Joint Global Change Research Institute at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
On Tanner’s free-time, you will find him running, doing cross-fit, or rollerblading around Houston.
We look forward to working with Tanner and are excited for him to work with the global Barracuda Virtual Reactor user community and engage in application areas across numerous fields.
