CPFD Software is pleased to announce the release of Barracuda Virtual Reactor® 23.1. This is a feature release that includes new physics models to more realistically model gas bubbles in liquid domains, as well as systems with multiple particle and bubble species that have distinctly different close pack volume fractions. New features in 23.1 include:
- Bubble coalescence and breakup
- Per-species close pack volume fraction
- Radl-Sundaresan drag model
- New data output options
- mass.log
- energy.log
- Time-varying visualization interval
- Chemical reaction rate
