IT Infrastructure and Operations Director: manage information technology and computer systems; evaluate and analyze business necessities and existing computer systems; controls and evaluates IT projects; provide platform testing support and manage test environments; maintain network security and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures; negotiate purchase contracts with IT vendors; develop and manage project plans; validate project estimates; migrate legacy application to Cloud based platforms; monitor, track and manage project tasks, timelines, risk/issues and overall quality of project activities/deliverables; use knowledge of programming techniques, computer systems to review and research software; assess and make suggestions for managing time, labor and monetary expenditures on the IT infrastructure; communicate with staff and management to identify and ensure adherence to operating procedures and modify program objectives liaise with development team and stakeholders for all solutions delivered; and keep abreast of current developments in the industry and methodologies.  A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in any field of management, engineering management, computer science or management information systems is required.
