CPFD Software will be attending Realize LIVE Americas 2026, taking place June 1-4 in Detroit, Michigan. CPFD is pleased to participate as a member of the Siemens Advanced Partner Alliance, following Siemens’ acquisition of Altair in 2025. CPFD has been a member of the APA since 2023, when Barracuda Virtual Reactor became available on the platform. In 2025, we introduced our foundry software Arena-flow to the APA.
As part of the event, CPFD will participate in the APA partner exhibit alongside fellow partner organizations. Attendees are encouraged to visit booths 196 and 197 to learn about advanced engineering and simulation technologies available through the Siemens ecosystem.
In addition to exhibiting, CPFD will also present as part of a dedicated APA session in the conference Knowledge Theater at 2:15 PM on Monday, June 1st. The presentation will introduce the Siemens Advanced Partner Alliance and showcase how partner technologies are helping customers solve complex engineering and industrial challenges. CPFD’s presentation will highlight applications of Barracuda Virtual Reactor for industrial fluid-particle systems and energy transition technologies.
About Realize LIVE
Realize LIVE is Siemens Digital Industries Software’s premier customer event. It brings together a global community of Siemens customers, partners, and experts to learn, connect and accelerate their digital transformation. It’s where the brightest minds in manufacturing and design gather to share insights, collaborate on solutions, and explore the future of digital transformation, focusing on the latest software innovations, best practices, and industry trends across various domains, including product design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management.
About CPFD Software
CPFD Software is advancing multiphase simulation and technology.
Our flagship product, Barracuda Virtual Reactor, is a physics-based engineering software package that simulates the three-dimensional, transient, fluid-particle hydrodynamics, heat balance, and chemical reactions in industrial fluidized bed reactors and other fluid-particle systems. Virtual Reactor enables researchers and engineers working with fluid/particle processes to explore a broad range of ideas, reduce physical testing costs, and minimize development risk, all while accelerating commercialization, scale-up, and overall time to market. For clients who already operate industrial units, Virtual Reactor allows engineers to determine the root cause of underperformance, reduce the risk of changes through virtual testing, and optimize solutions, all while maximizing reliability, uptime, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Our foundry product, Arena-flow, simulates the blowing/shooting and curing of sand cores and molds. Arena-flow is trusted by OEMs, foundries, and core/pattern shops to complement metal flow and solidification software, resulting in optimized processes and cores that are right the first time.
Barracuda Virtual Reactor and Arena-flow can be accessed via software licensing, services, or custom collaborative arrangements.
