DESCRIPTION:The first FBC conference was held in 1968\, and ever since it has continued to be a successful forum for sharing knowledge and experience. The 24th FBC conference will continue this tradition and provide an opportunity to share experiences and the latest research and discoveries related to fluidized beds. We are happy to announce that the 24th International Conference on Fluidized Bed Conversion will take place 8-11th May 2022 at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg\, Sweden. The 24th FBC conference will cover the latest development related to fluidized bed conversion\, from fundamentals to applications\, in addition to the latest research and developments within novel applications such as gasification\, CO2 capture and chemical- and calcium looping. \n  \nCPFD Software will be attending FBC 24 and will be speaking on on “The role of GPU computing in accelerating commercialization and scale-up of thermochemical conversion processes”.
