DESCRIPTION:Ted has 50 years of experience in particle technology. He has worked on FCC technology\, fluid and flexi-cokers\, polyolefins\, MTO\, maleic anhydride\, acrylonitrile\, TiO2\, polycrystalline silica\, gasification\, pyrolysis\, sulfur capture\, CO2 capture\, coal combustion\, and mining. Ted has developed well-known processes such as HYGAS\, U-GAS\, PEATGAS\, RENUGAS\, HYTORT\, PFH. Ted is also the developer of the non-mechanical L-valve. He has also conducted extensive research on the effects of temperature and pressure on fluid-particle systems. \nDr. Knowlton has worked on a vast array of fluid-particle\, multiphase processes: \n• FCC Technology\, \n• Coal and biomass gasification\, \n• Coal combustion\, and \n• High- and low-temperature non-mechanical valves. \nDr. Knowlton brings PSRI world-class technical expertise in: \n• Multiphase flow \n• Non-mechanical valves\, \n• Dense and dilute-phase conveying\, \n• Standpipes and circulation systems\, \n• Cyclones\, \n• Coal and biomass gasification\, and \n• Packed bed stripping. \nThis Webinar will start at 9 AM Central Time and be presented via ZOOM.
